KOSHER SIT-DOWN DINNER MENUS
The following sit-down dinner menus may be
served in the location of your choice, including Agudas Achim, Beth Jacob,
CongregationTifereth Israel.
The price per person (listed with Entrée
Selection) for all dinners includes a fruit cup or soup, tossed
garden salad, dinner rolls, entrée, accompaniment, vegetable, dessert, beverage,
square white linen tablecloths and linen napkins (available in white and several
other colors). Labor is not included in the price per person; see
“Labor Fees” in section below. Prices are effective January, 2006, and are
subject to change if not under contract.
OTHER FEES
An 18% service charge and a $75.00 dishwashing
fee will be added to your bill (Agudas Achim charges a dishwashing fee of $75.00
for every 125 guests). Kosher supervision fees are included at Agudas Achim and
Tifereth Israel and will be billed separately for other locations. If
you would like linens other than our standard linens (included in price per
person), many attractive patterned, floor length, and floral tablecloths are
available at an additional cost.
LABOR FEES
Labor will be billed in addition to the price
per person, at a rate of $22.00 per hour per staff member. The price for labor
will depend on your number of guests and the length of the party. We will
be better able to estimate labor when we know more details about your particular
party. Gratuity is at the discretion of the host.
If you have a favorite food item that you don’t
see on these menus, we will do our best to accommodate you. Pineapple boats or
carved melon fruit salads, as well as other presentations, are available for an
additional charge. Spinach salad and Caesar’s salad are also available at an
additional cost of $2.00 per person. We will be happy to customize a menu for
your party, or plan a theme or station party.

If you would like to serve the meal buffet
style, subtract $3.00 per person from the prices listed below.

| The buffet includes fancy tortes, mousses,
cakes, trifles, pickup pastries, soufflés, and when available, fresh fruit. The
dessert buffet is a big favorite of guests, as it offers a delicious variety of
delectable desserts. Ask about our separate dessert menu to see descriptions of

BARS
Setups, including soft drinks, for the bar are
available for $2.50 per person, plus sales tax. Bartenders are also available at
$22 per hour per bartender, 4 hour minimum
BOOKING YOUR PARTY
A deposit of $200 is required to hold the date
of your party. In the event that
the party is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded when we are notified, if no
event was turned down due to our commitment. The deposit will be subtracted from
your final bill.
MULTIPLE PARTY DISCOUNT
If Catering by Sammy’s caters your MAIN EVENT
and another party the same weekend, you will receive a ten percent discount on
the less expensive party.
