KOSHER DELI BUFFET MENU
The following are menu ideas for cold deli buffets to be held in your home or office or the location of your choice. If event is in an area synagogue, service charges will apply. Prices effective January, 2006 and are subject to change if not under contract.
Simply Deli… If you wish, you may order our “Simply Deli” tray. It includes a meat tray with your choice of four meats, assorted breads, rolls, two side dishes, relishes and condiments. The cost per person for a “Simply Deli” tray is $19.95. Meat and side dish selections are listed below. Choose four meats and two side dishes.
Deli Plus… The “Deli Plus” option offers the same great food as the “Simply Deli” tray, plus two more side dishes, desserts, disposable plates, flatware and napkins. The cost per person for “Deli Plus” is $22.75. Meat and side dish selections are listed below. Choose four meats, four side dishes, and a dessert.
If you would like someone from our staff to set up, serve, and clean up, there is an additional $22 per hour per worker, 4 hour minimum. Gratuity is optional at the host's discretion

| Sometimes it’s nice to have hot hors d’oeuvres before a cold buffet, to add a variety of flavors and textures to the menu. Hot hors d’oeuvres cost $3.50 per item per person for hot hors d’oeuvres and $2.25 per item per person for each cold hors d’oeuvres. Some ideas… | |
